We have 7 lodges in total, named after the islands pilot gigs. All our lodges are rated AA 4* Gold and are fully equipped with complimentary WiFi, a smart television, dishwasher, hairdryer and ironing facilities.

Each lodge sleeps 4 (+1) in 2 bedrooms, a double bedroom with a king size bed and a bunk bed room with a fold out single bed. The lodges are most suited to families or couples with only 2 adults staying as the second bedroom is small with bunk beds.

 

The lodges feature an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a modern shower room and an outdoor area with a BBQ/Fire pit - perfect for barbequing our local sausages or perhaps even your own catch! The lodges have been built using the latest high tech and eco-friendly insulation, keeping guests cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. They do also have the added feature of a wood burner in the lounge to keep guests extra warm and cosy during the cooler evenings.

We have a small honesty shed on the farm where guests can purchase logs for the wood burner, charcoal for the BBQ and buy our meat and fresh eggs. There are also washing machines and tumble dryers available to use for a small fee.

We have complimentary cots and high chairs available and we kindly ask that guests indicate requiring any at the time of booking as they are limited in number. 

​

Lodges are available from 4pm on arrival and need to be vacated by 9.30am on departure. We do have facilities on site for storing luggage for those who are arriving early or departing late.

Bookings are taken 11 months in advance as this year’s guests have first refusal on the same week next year with the deposit being due a month after departure if rebooking. We cater for families and couples; large groups are only taken by prior arrangement.

Although a holiday on Scilly is still within the UK, travel can still be disrupted and so we strongly recommend and urge all guests to take out appropriate holiday insurance cover to include cancellation and travel disruptions due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

​

As part of our Fire Risk Assessment we are required to point out that the lodges might not be suitable for guests with limited mobility as the means of escape from both bedrooms, other than via the normal exit through the kitchen, is through the bedroom window. If you have any doubts then please contact us and we can help you decide if the property will be suitable.
